Taylor Swift played one of the most important roles of her life on Feb. 20, that of maid-of-honor for a best friend from childhood.

Britany Maack, who grew up with Taylor in Pennsylvania, wed longtime boyfriend Benjamin LaManna in their home state.

The gorgeous girls donned dressed by designer Reem Acra.

Maack wore a silk taffeta ball gown, according to People.

Swift donned a blush pink chiffon cap sleeve gown with a hand-embroidered bodice, according to the magazine.

“I’ve never been a maid of honor before. This is my first time, and it’s really, really important to me because this is my best friend, who I’ve known since I was born. And she’s marrying someone I’ve known since I was 4,” the singer told People.

Swift is known for keeping tight with her many pals, from her glam squad that includes Karlie Kloss and Selena Gomez, to childhood friends like Britany Maack and Abigal Anderson.

“I think that it doesn’t matter what career my friends have. It’s just based on the fact that I can really relate to people who are driven and intelligent,” she told Amy Robach on “Good Morning America,” via People, adding that she likes the people in her circle to challenge her.

“You want to be around, like, smart, exciting people,” she said. “I think that’s what brings you up.”

She counts BFF Abigal Anderson, a pal from their days as teens in Tennessee, as one of her closest and dearest friends as well.

Said Swift of her friendship with Anderson, “‘A good girlfriend for me is someone who is an individual and has something that they are deeply passionate about. Abigail works with making sure that veterans from World War II get their compensation,” she said to The Daily Mail.

“The fact that she is so passionate about what she does allows her to be able to relate to me on that level, that I’m so dedicated to what I do,” revealed Swift of her pal.
